Croptimistic sees a need for a regenerative and sustainable agriculture guidance document that comes from a technologically advanced precision agriculture perspective. The SWAT ECOSYSTEM is a valuable tool that can be part of the solution for regenerative and sustainable agriculture.
Our Impact on People

Opportunities for our employees and our rural communities

Our sustainability strategy guides how we create meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work. Through volunteer hours, corporate donations, research and development, and investments in research projects, we foster a culture of engagement that extends beyond the workplace. We focus on supporting local agricultural communities, prioritizing initiatives like food security, mental health, and community sports, with particular emphasis on organizations connected to our employees, their families, and our clients.

Volunteering

We grant each employee 8 hours of paid volunteer time each year, and they put it to work in ways that matter through activities like daycare fundraisers, blood donations, firefighting, cooking meals at Ronald McDonald House, keeping local parks clean, and much more. In 2025 alone, our team contributed a combined 216 volunteer hours, making a real difference where it matters most to them.

Rural Daycare Campaign

Access to quality childcare is essential for strong, vibrant rural communities. This initiative is an effort to help strengthen childcare options in the rural communities where our employees live and work.

Our Rural Daycare Grant Program provides three grants to chosen applicants of $2500, $1500, and $1000. Grant selection is made by our Rural Daycare Committee.

Sponsorships

Investing in the local agricultural communities where our employees live and work is a major focus of our community impact strategy.

Community initiatives that we support include local food banks, mental health, and community sports with an emphasis on organizations that our staff, their families, and our farmers and partners are involved in.
