Throughout the year, Croptimistic celebrated the strength and innovation of its multidisciplinary teams, spanning hardware and software development, agronomy, and data science. To stay aligned with stakeholder priorities, Croptimistic re-surveyed employees and owners in 2025 to reassess key material topics. While minor shifts emerged, the results reaffirmed that the company’s sustainability direction reflects stakeholder values and expectations.

Key highlights from the 2025 report include:

• The introduction of a rural daycare grant program, supporting stronger childcare options in the rural communities where employees live and work.

• Achievement of the Ag Data Transparent Seal of Approval, reinforcing Croptimistic’s commitment to responsible data practices in agriculture.

• The launch of a core value recognition program, reinforcing a culture shaped by employees who embody the company’s guiding principles in their everyday work.
